All music sessions require a deposit to hold your scheduled time slot. This payment must be received at the time of booking. This can be done via cash, PayPal account, credit card over the phone, or a mailed check/money order. The amount of the deposit is dependent on the type of session booked.
-Hourly Session: $50.00 deposit. Any studio time scheduled that doesn't exceed 8 hours.
-Project/Package Session: 50% deposit of estimated total cost. Any studio time that exceeds 8 hours and/or requires multiple consecutive days for completion. Long term projects, such as full-length albums, can be scheduled in separate day blocks to reduce the initial up-front cost. if you are unsure which category your future project falls under, please call us for assistance. We are happy to help devise a session plan that fits with your budget, time-limitations, and overall goal.
-Hourly Session: We require 48 hours or 2 days advance notice to cancel or re-schedule any hourly-based music session. If this requirement is met, we will gladly refund or apply your deposit to another date or time. If you contact us with less than 48 hours, or simply don't show, your deposit will be forfeited.
-Project/Package Session: All multi-day or week long bookings require a 1 week notice of cancellation. If you contact us less than a week, but more than 48 hours in advance, half of your deposit will be refunded. If you contact us with less than 48 hours notice, your total deposit will be forfeited.
